Room bookings
TODO — set the cancellation window and any charge that applies. For example: free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in, after which one night is charged.
This section deliberately carries no figures. Publishing a cancellation window the property has not agreed to would create a commitment it may not intend to honour.
Banquet and event bookings
TODO — set the advance/deposit amount, the cancellation schedule and what portion is refundable at each stage. Event bookings usually carry a different schedule to room bookings because the date is held exclusively.
Refund timelines
Where a refund is due, it is processed to the original payment method. Bank settlement times vary by issuer and are outside our control.
